The Coronavirus “Stay at Home” order has impacted millions of American (and international) businesses.   Uber Eats offers free food delivery to help support local restaurants. Working at home means eating all three meals without leaving the house. Support local restaurants by ordering in for lunch even if aren’t going stir crazy and need to stretch your legs. Uber Eats offerings include the option of requesting contact-less delivery, wherein drivers leave food on your doorstep. Postmates also offers contact-less, free delivery. DoorDash is offering free gloves to their drivers in addition to free delivery for any size order and contact-less drop-off options.
• Online Shopping

CNBC reports that roughly 90 percent of revenue from most retail establishments are made in their brick-and-mortar stores. But most of those companies have been deemed, “non-essential,” so their doors are closed. To compensate, most retailers are offering discount coupons as incentives to shop. Discounts are necessary because most people feel unsure about their economic future; so they are reluctant to buy anything other than necessities.
